The benefits of yoga include: better flexibility and posture stress relief improved sleeping, improved immunity increased energy At Derry Well Women, Yoga is offered as a 8-week batch of lessons  – these classes must be booked.  All participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and to bring a mat or towel to lie on.
